Partnerships That Make a Difference
Every community deserves access to quality dental care, yet for many people living in remote and regional areas, receiving treatment can be a challenge. That’s why partnerships built on shared values and a commitment to better health outcomes are so important.
During a recent visit to the Tzu Chi Foundation in Queensland, Andreas Saner, Sales Director International at BPR Swiss, and Lauren Zhang, Equipment Specialist at Ivoclar, were honoured to receive a Certificate of Appreciation for supporting a dental outreach program serving Indigenous communities in Kalgoorlie.
Following the Foundation’s purchase of a BPR Smart-Port Premium, there was an urgent need for a mobile treatment unit before the scheduled delivery date. To ensure the outreach program could proceed without delay, a Smart-Port unit was loaned to the Foundation for use at a community fair in Kalgoorlie.
The event enabled volunteer healthcare professionals to deliver dental services to local Indigenous communities, helping improve access to much-needed oral healthcare. The mobile clinic consisted of five treatment chairs, with the Smart-Port supporting one of the treatment stations.
This recognition is a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when organisations work together for a common purpose. By supporting outreach initiatives and mobile dentistry solutions, we’re helping clinicians reach people who may otherwise have limited access to care.
A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team at the Tzu Chi Foundation for their compassion, dedication, and commitment to improving lives through community service.
Together, we’re helping make quality dental care more accessible, one community at a time.
