10-year Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • While stocks last, or chairs purchased before end of June 2021

  • Chairs must be installed by end of October 2021

  • Chairs must be maintained as in the Stern Weber Guidelines

  • Chairs must have annual servicing undertaken by a Stern Weber qualified service technician


This warranty does not cover:

  • Faults caused by failure to perform routine maintenance or misuse of the product
  • Periodic checks and maintenance
  • All labour, travel and lodging expenses
  • Repair or replacement of fragile parts, parts subject to wear and tear or whose service life cannot be estimated
  • Repair or replacement of the parts listed below:
    • filters (water and air, suction, turbine oil recovery)
    • seals
    • light bulbs (fiber optics, negatoscope, operatory light, etc.)
    • protective devices (foot rest, instrument tray/assistant's tray holder)
    • suction tube terminals and tubes
    • suction system (separator, separator drain pump, central suction, tubing system, etc.)
    • glassware.


  • Warranty extension does not cover:
    • All wear parts (including natural colour changes in plastic parts)
    • All that is clearly indicated as "excluded" in the Warranty Extension Certificate
    • Labour costs
    • Any Software support not related to equipment faults
