*Tips - Pre-vacuum autoclave: minimum of 4 minutes at 132°C or 3 minutes at 134°C / Gravity autoclave: minimum of 15 minutes at 132°C or 10 minutes at 134°C / Important: Do NOT exceed 134°C and do not exceed 18 minutes.
