Cefla Training 2015

In September, Ivoclar Vivadent conducted a two day course for our 17 service technicians, the training was carried out by two international trainers from Cefla (Italy).

The two trainers educated the 17 technicians and 3 Ivoclar Vivadent staff members on the latest on new equipment from Myray and Stern Weber; Hyperion X5 and S380 TRC respectively.

In the training, the team learnt about all the user friendly features of the Hyperion X5 X-ray unit and how the S380TRC Dental Chair’s innovative design is built with maximum patient comfort in mind.

Mr Kamil Szwed, (Ivoclar Vivadent National Service Manager) attended the training course and commented

“All the technicians got along really well. They commented on the care that Ivoclar Vivadent provides with our courses.  The technicians said that we’re the only company left that puts on such great trainings and always look after the boys.  A lot of positive comments about the equipment as well and that the technicians all love to support the product. Having international trainers from Italy on the products also had a positive effect. The participation of the attendees were what made it a great success.”
